About Our Staff
Caring and Compassionate

Our centre employs caring and compassionate individuals who truly have your child's or children's best interests at heart. Our staff members have a passion for their job, and it is truly an honour to work along side of these individuals. Many staff members have families of their own, and our community at daycare is a second family.
Experienced and Educated
Our staff are highly experienced individuals in the area of child care and education. We have a range of backgrounds, and a wealth of knowledge with our staff. Our staff members have a range of talents and interests that they share with the children to give every child in our care the best possible experience while with us.
All staff members are trained in the New Brunswick Early Childhood Education Curriculum Framework through the ECCENB, in conjunction with New Brunswick Community College. At least 1 in 4 staff members hold their Early Childhood Education Diploma or an equivalent degree. Those staff members who do not hold their Early Childhood Education Diploma or equivalent degree, are either working towards it, or plan on doing so as soon as they get accepted into the program.

Our Family and Yours
All of our staff, along with the families that we care for consider each other another type of 'family' as well. Our relationships are built upon mutual respect and appreciation of one another. We model this mutual respect and appreciation for the children everyday, in ever interaction. We hope that they will learn this as second nature and carry it with them in their future relationships.
We appreciate, respect and celebrate all of the cultural, spiritual, and life-style differences of our families - both staff and children's. We believe in the quote, "It takes a village to raise a child". All of our differences strengthen our relationships and understanding of one another, and are definitely something to celebrate.
